Hotel restaurant Zatyshok

Guesthouse Zatyshok is a new concept of living in Ukraine. Agree, during the constant movement and globalization, sometimes so lacking family Comfort. Taking the example of the European market, we follow the concept which bears its origin from ancient times and today – namely, Guesthaus. What is a guesthouse? Unlike the hotel, this type of accommodation creates the feeling of stay close to home. The owners themselves and their families are directly involved in the operations of the hotel. All plants that grow on the territory of Zatyshok are regularly groomed by family members. In addition to that, food that gets to your table is also of particular importance.

Seasonal vegetables and fruits, various jams and pickles, yogurts, pastries and much more. All this are seasonal ingredients from the garden or home-made products. We also actively collaborate with local producers to make you feel the whole essence of the Vinnitsa region. In our Guesthouse, you won't find modern luxurious surroundings, but this is not necessary, we are not chasing the stars, because there are millions of them right above us. We strive to make your stay closer to the home atmosphere, by turning your holiday into an unforgettable experience simply following the family values!

Our history

How it all started

       Mykola and Liudmyla Dmytrenky met each other back in 1973 in a little village Lemeshivka. He was an agronomist, and she was a teacher. With his soul burned to the plantations, and her mastery to turn any product into an incredibly delicious dish was the impetus to construct a hotel and restaurant of their dreams. Not just a hotel, but a place where it will be like at home. Where every member of the family will be involved.
Many different names were considered. One day, old women got to the courtyard, at the time when the construction took place. She asked for a glass of water and later said: "It is so quiet and cozy here." Translated from Ukrainian name Zatyshok, means cozy.
The couple opened doors to their guests in winter on the 2nd of January, 2009. For more than 10 years, hotel and restaurant managed to admire many people: local residents and foreigners. Great staff, homelike restaurant with the most delicious dishes.
Today the family consists of parents, Nikolai and Lyudmila, their children and grandchildren, who manage a business.
